John 13:35 reminds us that the world will know we belong to Jesus by our love for one another. On Saturday, November 14, 2026, we are coming together as ONE body of Christ to show our community, our city, and the world what Christian love truly looks like.
We are putting down everything that divides us to stand together in unity—praying with and for our brothers and sisters across Jersey City. They will know we belong to Him by how we love each other.
Illuminations Ministries invites local churches, community leaders, and neighbors to stand with us. Together, we are taking prayer directly to the sidewalks connecting the MLK Light Rail Station Plaza to Berry Lane Park along MLK Drive and Bramhall Avenue. Beyond walking, we will have stationary prayer and our Hydration Station—distributing cold water and offering community connection and welcoming presence for every passerby.

Prayer Walkers: Interceding for families, streets, and businesses along MLK Drive and the entire city
Stationary Prayer & Hydration Team: Hosting neighbors at the plaza with prayer, cold water, and warm community connections.
HOW YOU CAN SERVE
Stationary Prayer Team
Walk the route from MLK Station to Berry Lane Park, interceding for local families, businesses, and streets.
Prayer Walker
Assist with setup, distribute water, manage inventory, and greet community members at the plaza.
Traffic & Safety Lead
Hydration Station Support
Guide walking cohorts safely along MLK Drive, managing crosswalks and keeping groups unified.
Remain at the MLK Station Plaza to offer direct prayer, encouragement, and a warm presence to passersby.
